Homestead Needle Arts urges you to stitch a forest with their monthly club of tree canvases from SHEAR Creations.

You can see individual photos of the trees at the Artists Collection website.  They are the distributors of SHEAR Creations.

If you prefer Halloween to Christmas when it comes to monthly clubs, check out the fun pumpkin ornaments from Cheryl Schaeffer that A Thread Garden offers.

Where do they get those cute spool holders for the trees? I would be interested in doing several of them but would really want the spool holders.

This link shows the spools and dowls that Rebecca likes.

I would imagine a trip to the hardware store or the crafts emporium might be useful, Rebecca. I've seen similar unpainted spools at Ben Franklin's so crafts stores may have these although you will have to sand, paint and glue the dowels and bases together.
