I Shouldn't Post This

I shouldn't post this. I've already posted twice today and that's enough, but it is a Black Cat stitching story and it's Friday the 13th.  How can I resist?   (And it's a glimpse of one of the canvases that will be at the ANG Seminar Exhibit in Philadelphia, perfect for those of us who aren't going.)

Here's more black cat stuff.  This is an older article so some of the canvases may not be available any more.

More New Painted Canvases

Pocket Full of Stitches is starting to receive the new painted canvases they ordered at the June TNNA show. They've posted photographs of new Mindy and Leigh florals on their blog. Mindy's have buttons to attach and Leigh's have lace.  Wonderful!

Books for Goldwork

Anyone looking for goldwork book recommendations will be interested in the books recommended for the gold work course that the Royal School of Needlework uses.

By the way, I just saw the RSN's own Embroidery Technique book for sale at Canvases Be Gone. I hope it's still there by the time this publishes.
