Have Yourself a Horsey Christmas
Horse County Chic has a whole series of wonderful finished Christmas needlepoint to share. Some are from her own stitching, some from shops and some from her favorite designers. They are all fun to dream of having on our own tree. By the way, I couldn't find a website for Po's Point but they are on Facebook at Po's Point Needlepoint.

Star and Tree Stitches
Inspired by the star stitches that Mary Corbet posted on her site, Robin King has uploaded a series of star-shaped stitch diagrams to her blog, sharing them all with stitchers who need stars in their needlepoint skies (or elsewhere).

Mary inspired herself to continue to play with embroidered stars.

By coincidence I discovered Sheena James has posted an Oriental Variation stitch she says is great for Christmas trees. It's the next to last diagram on this page. You know, she's right--it looks just like a Christmas evergreen!

Thanks, everyone. You've made my Christmas stitching a little more festive.
