I've always thought the reason we choose a design is because it sets up an emotional chord in us for some reason.

Stitching the Torah
I happened across mention on Facebook of a group in Toronto who are creating a Torah Stitch By Stitch in needlework, specifically in cross stitches on aida. They are looking for volunteers, but you should be very clear that because this is a religious exercise, you probably won't be able to choose the text you are assigned, there will be a deadline, and the work has to be done exactly as charted. Mistakes in the Word are simply not acceptable.
