If you've ever hurt your arm and have to thread your needles one-handed, you'll be interested in this. However, the video shows a regular sewing needle. I don't think this will work with beading needles, or probably even anything smaller than a size 20 or 22.

I got one of these and tried it with size 22 tapestry needles. It does not work. The eyes in tapestry needles are too far down so the mechanim hits metal not eye.
