The New Jersey Needle Artists Chapter of ANG has published their October newsletter.  It's full of the usual ANG news, clubs and more, but the most important thing they've done is a roundup of fund raisers for hurricane victims after Helene wrecked their lives.

Locking Ribbon on Your Needle and Canvas

Fire and Iris Designs has a video on their Instagram account that clearly shows how to lock your silk ribbon on your needle and then secure it on your needlepoint canvas.  Silk ribbons aren't as wiggly as beads but you do need to take a few extra steps before stitching with it.
