Oh Dear... Another loss. Jane, we need you more than ever to keep to help keep us in touch. I used to be able to drive to several stores and now there are none.
Jane, is this both the brick and mortar AND the online store? I'm beginning to feel more and more like a dinosaur. FYI I signed a 3 yaar lase in March. I'm beginning to feel like that was over-optimistic! Mary Agnes
MA, I don't know if both the Regal Rabbit and its online branch are closing. I think both are, but I don't have much information about this. I'm hoping someone who knows the real story speaks but, but I've been told Diane has been building a place in Colorado so at least the physical store will close when she leaves. I suppose the online business could continue but if she is retiring, she may not want to keep that up. If you are a dinosaur, you are my favorite kind. Hugs from CH! me
Regal Rabbit is not in Napa County. It's in Windsor which is in Sonoma County. It is north of Santa rosa along highway 101. This is wine country but it is not Napa Country. In fact it's 45 minutes to an hour away from Napa.
While it is one of the closer needlepoint shops to Napa, there are no needlepoint stores in Napa County.
My understanding is that the on-line shop is staying open, but the brick & mortar shop is closing next month.
