Retail Reality

I suppose this could be subtitled "We've got to be practical here."  Mary Agnes occasionally reports about the realities of owning a shop, which in this month's installment varies from not being able to compete with big box stores on certain items to not being able to be open seven days a week.  Maybe in an ideal world a shop owner could do all of the above, but it doesn't seem likely to happen in real life.

Whether it's a big store, or a little one, the employees make a huge impact, however.  Wish I'd met Helen before she retired.
