Nimble Needle in New Jersey has opened their new website and online store! It's a fun browse, but I particularly like their $50 and under section where you can pick up small items if you need a quick stitch. That's a clever marketing idea!

They have moved their blog to the new site as well, so update your bookmarks. The old blog is still there so I changed the title on my blog list and added the new while keeping the old. If you use a RSS feed of some sort to keep up with the blogs, you'll need to add the new address.

Jane, it's such fun to open your blog and see one of our Sundance canvases as the painted canvas of the day. We love the "Girl Playing the Flute" based on the original art of Yolanda Romero of San Diego. The canvas design has so many embellishment possibilities. We appreciate all you do to promote the world of needlepoint.
You are welcome. I think the flute player girl is charming! I did not know this was based on an artist's work. For those who are late to the party, here is the canvas. http://www.nimbleneedlenj.com/canvases-for-thought/
For new visitors to Nimble Needle NJ, since making the move to our new site we have only categorized about half of our online offerings. That means that items won’t appear under out category links, even though they are listed and up online for sale. They will still turn up in a search if you hit on a word in the title. So keep checking back over the next month or so as we work on this, you will see more and more items coming up in our categories.
For anyone interested in the charming Girl Playing Flute I just listed it for sale in our shop. http://www.nimbleneedlenj.com/product/girl-playing-flute-sweet-melody/
Thanks, Karen. I thought you'd done pretty well transferring things but I know it takes a long time. Bet someone wants to take your little flute player home. She's darling! I can think of about a dozen fun things to do with her right off the bat!
