This year I will wrap my used needles in pretty wrapping paper, enclose the gift bundle in aluminum foil for protection and they will go in the trash as that's the safest way to send them to their just reward.

This year I took a baking powder can with a plastic lid and cut a slit in the top. I deposited needles all year long and then put the entire thing in the trash.
ReplyDeleteSmart! I read an article by Amy Bunger years ago in which she said not changing needles often enough was the biggest mistake that stitchers make, but we do want to dispose of our needles safely.
