ReplyDeleteOur Sanctuary has pretty kneelers - burgundy background with sort of generic rose window designs.
ReplyDeleteNot the Chapel, though, and they're needed. The rail is builtup with concrete, covered with carpeting, and hard as...concrete. I'd suggest it as a project, but am afraid I might end up as a committee of one.
It's a danger, suggesting such a thing, but it would be so fabulous! Don't do it unless there are other stitchers available to help, though. It is a LOT of work.
