Pam Gardner's book is out of print now. I think eBay, the stash sales sites, and some of the shops that have a large stock of charts for the counted crowd are your only option to find this book.
UPDATE: I understand Pam Gardner will sell her Molehill to Mountain directly. If you are interested, email Pam at fmtmneedleworks@gmail.com. Thanks!
