Needlepoint.com does lots of finishing for customers so they wrote about the top five questions they get about finishing.
Note that how the shop does things may not be how the shop or finisher you are using does things. It always pays to ask a lot of questions up front so you know what you are getting and when and the finisher knows exactly what you want. Remember, communication is hard so spell everything out you can think of.
