Thanks to Barbara's mentioning this on Facebook, I have a source for all sorts of glass eyes.

They come in all sizes and a variety of styles. Some have straight wire backs, some have wire loops, some are flat backed to glue in position. If you want an eye for your current piece, this is a good place to shop if you don't have a big box crafts store close by.
