I am seeing his needlepoint canvases in a whole new light. They are like taking a piece of his amazing studio home. You can visit Melissa's website and see her collection of his work and see what I mean here--

A Valentine (or Two) for Mother's Day
Just in time to treat all the mothers out there, Stephanie has posted photographs of her friend RWK's set of Victorian Valentine Kids from Melissa Shirley. The stitch guides were created by Carolyn Hedge Baird. RWK did a magnificent job!

Laura Perin has started a new Mini Mystery online design in April. This one starts with blackwork....

...then adds a scallop for a border...
http://two-handedstitcher.blogspot.com/2013/04/mini-mystery-monday-april-2013-pt-2.html
...followed by eyelet accents....
http://two-handedstitcher.blogspot.com/2013/04/mini-mystery-monday-april-2013-pt-3.html
...and finished by some special touches. (And information about some needle magnets.)

By the way, I know it is May now but I wanted to wait until Laura was done to post all these.
