Needlepoint Fashion from Venus Williams

Although the print looks like cross stitch to me, it's still fun that Venus Williams' newest fashion line is called the Needlepoint Fashion Collection.

Gail Sirna's Mermaid Ornaments

Gail Sirna's website of her teaching and on-teaching pieces is always a fun browse.  She's added something I haven't noticed before—a gallery of her original mermaid designs she does for friends each year.  The bottom of the page has Gail's story about the ornaments and the top has the photos.  Click on the first mermaid, and then you can click on the next in the series using the link at this photo's bottom right corner.  Have fun dreaming about stitching your own mermaid!
