Today's Accessories Day

Since we are talking needle cases and tassels, we might as well talk scissor fobs, right? Pocket Full of Stitches is having an unusual trunk show of fobs from Accoutrement Designs (they make needle minder magnets, too).  These are very pretty and also functional if you are always loosing your scissors in your chair, the bottom of your stitching bag, etc.  Besides, it is nice to have something pretty to decorate your scissors.  The fobs are 20 percent off during the trunk show which ends the end of the month, so check out the photos and give PFOS a call.

Make Your Own Tassel Instructions

DMC has taken pity on those of us who missed the Christmas finishing deadlines and are attempting to make up ornaments and pillows ourselves. (I've done it so you know it isn't that hard!) They have posted instructions on making basic tassels to dangle from an ornament, give to the cat as a distraction toy, or put on your pillow corners. It's easy and fun and something worth knowing.
