Sorceress for Hire

Nimble Needle in Atlanta and Robin King have teamed up to offer a monthly club over roughly six months stitching Melissa Shirley's Halloween Village.  Robin is stitching the piece and writing up a guide as she works, while the shop will furnish the kits to participants.  There's even going to be a private Facebook group where Robin will post progress photos, videos demonstrating hard areas, and allow participants to help each other and encourage each other.

If you ever wanted to take a Robin King class, here's your chance to learn from Robin from your very own stitching nest!  The first kit ships in April.  Here are more details.

Vicky Lets the Cat Out of the Bag

I'm sorry,  I couldn't help myself with today's title!  Ruth Schmuff is going to do a stitch guide for Tapestry Fair's new Pharaoh Dog, which is part of their Egyptian series.  The other two canvases are at the second link. I'm stitching Cleopatra's Cat myself and will pick her up again once Blue Russian is done.

You can see more about Pharaoh Dog on the Tapestry Fair website, as well as see more of their new designs.  There is a new Philippine mascot, a new theatre curtain, and a lovely lady walking in a storm.

Vicky also shows off some new Barbara Russell dog pieces.  Fun!

Peggy Is Stitching the Time Vortex

I've just discovered that Peggy is stitching her own Tardis from the Dr. Who television show.

I absolutely love her background.  She's creating the time vortex the Tardis travels through and doing a magnificent job!

For those who are new here I stitched my own Tardis a while back.

I am working on several of the Rogue Needlepoint canvases that celebrate this series as well.

Melita Tours Arizona Shops

Melita was in Arizona recently and managed to get to three different shops. She's posted a photo of her goodies from each and told us a little about them. What fun!
