The Halloween Birdhouse and Needlepoint Now

One of the nicest things about Needlepoint Now magazine is that they are using the Internet to add content and help to their magazine projects. The latest example of this is Eye Candy's line drawn Halloween bird house cracker from Eye Candy. Ada Hayden has posted about her design on her blog, with good close up photos and finishing tips to help you work this charming project. Nice job, Ada!

By the way, Ada says a painted canvas version of this design will be coming out soon.  Have your shop keep an eye on Eye Candy's catalogue to order for you.

Angel Wings

Personally I am always on the lookout for stitches for angel wings. I find them very challenging myself, so I was thrilled that Stephanie is on this. She posts lots of ideas on her blog--
