Goldwork: A Review

Janet Granger, who creates miniature kits for dollhouse enthusiasts, has an informative review of a new goldwork book on her website.  I think the Elizabethean needlebook project looks especially gorgeous, but you may be attracted to something else.  I am not certain based on the review if this is a good book for beginners but I think anyone will learn something from it.   This is a British publication but it is available on Amazon.com for those in the U.S.A.

Ridgewood is Packing to Move

Ridgewood is getting ready to move! Yes, the last week of August and first week of September the shop will be closed so it can move five miles away to a larger location with better parking.   Everyone cross their fingers that the move goes smoothly so we can all rush over and see the new shop in early September!
