Hi Jane,
I am a neophyte to needlepoint; thus, I have no
"stash." Could you give me a couple of
internet sites where I can buy quality materials.
Right now, I blank needlepoint canvas and
threads. I am overwhelmed by the myriad of
threads. Beginner threads?
Thanks very much.

Nancy, tell me what state you live in and I'll direct you to the closest good place I know about. If you really want to try NP, start out with cotton perles and cotton floss. It's really more important to play around with it than to have fancy threads at first. But once you are hooked, well, I can direct you to a huge number of great places.
But you really want to develop a relationship with a shop in your area, so tell me where you live roughly and we can start with that.
Jane, waving from CH
