The book is available wholesale from dede herself. Have your shop contact her via her website to order. In the interests of full disclosure, dede allowed me to buy the book wholesale directly in order to review it for you during the trade show in which it is being shown instead of waiting for my local to get it from her.
I think it is a fabulous idea book for the experienced stitcher who has a canvas of fish, shells, corals, jellyfish and the like in their future. I plan to read it cover to cover again and again.
UPDATE: Janet Perry also reviewed this book. Here's her take on it.

Hi Jane, I am so glad you reviewed this book! I have the Enchanted Mermaid's Dream canvas and will have my LNS order the book for me. I am using the canvas in Janet Perry's stitch guide class. In fact it is the canvas of the week. I will be waiting to see what ideas the class has for this canvas--Janet too! I am sure to get some wonderful ideas!

You should know that your canvas has two sets of ideas for it in the book but no stitch diagrams. You will have to look at other canvases for their diagrams to do the shell, for example. This is not a step-by-step guide to stitching the canvas, in other words, but suggestions. The rest of the book will give you great ideas, to add to those the class comes up with.
Thanks Jane! Any info will help. This canvas has been just looked at--I am hesitant to pick up my needle. I was thinking of just doing the mermaid, fish etc in silk floss in basketweave and then doing Dede's idea of light/shadow stitching over the water etc. I am so ready for any and all ideas! I am having my LNS order the book for me. Again thanks, O Great Enabler!

Glad to help out, Carole. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I have.
