Janet Granger, who creates miniature kits for dollhouse enthusiasts, has an informative review of a new goldwork book on her website. I think the Elizabethean needlebook project looks especially gorgeous, but you may be attracted to something else. I am not certain based on the review if this is a good book for beginners but I think anyone will learn something from it. This is a British publication but it is available on Amazon.com for those in the U.S.A.
