If you are a little tired of the cardboard bobbins you wind floss and other threads around, then Tara's find on Etsy might be just the thing for your newest tool. These are made from birch which means they won't be acid free in the long run. Also, they are rather expensive, having just one for your latest project's current thread might be a fun treat, particularly if you don't leave the thread on the wooden bobbin too long.
