Personally I use continental when the row is just one stitch high or when I'm running out of thread. Otherwise I am basketweave all the way. How about you?

Me too, Basketweave unless a single row. Except for special circumstances such as, stitching with black Very Velvet on black glitter canvas required rows of Continental because I couldn't see the Basketweave rows!
