I hope this isn't a trend. A shop member of Needlepoint Nation just mention this happened to them. I wasn't able to find the message in the avalanche of them to know whether it was the same shop above.
When you hear a story about a shop, try and find out the facts before you pass the story around, ok? We don't want to accidentally damage one of our beloved shops.
