A Thread Garden and Presencia Perle Cotton

Ruth gives us a peek at her stitching and her use of Presencia's perle cotton.  I happen to really like the colors and the sheen of this lovely perle cotton and I also like the variety of diameters it is available in.  Very useful stuff!

In case you want to try Presencia and your local shop doesn't carry it, here is A Thread Garden's website.  Don't buy it all, ok?  The rest of us need some!

I've used the Presencia floss & perle 5 & loved it! The pale peaches are perfect for Caucasian skin - far superior to DMC's & Anchor's palettes, I think. The floss is silky-soft, lustrous & just plain lovely.
It looks like a lovely shop.

Thanks, Cindy. I'll have to try the pale peaches for skin. Great tip!

Jane, they have the pearl 8 & 12 at Web Fabrics in Purcellville if you can get away for a visit. Also they have the truly yummy Japanese Cosmo floss.

Thanks, Donna. What I really want is their cotton floss. Oh, well, this winter when I have to go over the mountain to the vet's I'll see if I can find Web Fabrics.
