I visited this new shop today and was very disappointed. The shop was beautiful but no one spoke to me or greeted me the entire time I was there. I will not return.
I'm sorry you had such a disappointing first visit. I suggest you go back and this time take the initiative and introduce yourself. It is hard to say whether you arrived at a time when they were all exhausted or whether they were so distracted the shop owners didn't realize they hadn't greeted you.
Opening day has lots of kinks to work out so please give them a second chance and make sure you give the shop owners every effort to talk to you by starting the conversation yourself. You may have just caught them at a bad time so you owe it to yourself to try again. You might just find a wonderful shop once the big excitement is over and everyone settles down.
