As you can see, I'm redecorating Blog again, changing the color scheme from a Christmas red and green to a more neutral one. Blog isn't the flashiest thing around, but keeping things simple so that any set of eyes and any computer can view it easily is The Plan. Much as I'd like to have something more magazine-like, I know that won't work for a substantial minority of Blog's readers so that's out of the question.
Oh, well, you can pretend I am cutting edge and fashionable, right? Even though Blog is the visual equivalent of an old pair of sweat pants and a ragged sweater?
Seriously, if your eyes or computer have trouble with the current or any future visual layout, please let me know by leaving a comment under the latest message or email me at chilly hollow at hot mail dot whatever. That way I can adjust the look to make things more appealing to the greatest number.
Even if I am the fashion equivalent of Elmer Fudd.

I too appreciate an uncluttered setup. It's refreshing to bring up a page that's easy to scroll through without accidentally clicking on ads or getting lost. Thanks.

Thanks, Brenda! I hadn't thought about ad clutter but it's a problem, isn't it? I hate those pages where you can't see the full article without constantly scrolling up or down because of the ads! Fortunately that's not a problem here.
