"A Stitch at a Time" is now available from your favorite shop.
This is the new book by teacher and stitch guide writer Stephanie Chase. I've not seen it myself but it appears to mix stitch diagrams with stitched examples in color with tutorials to make sure you master the stitch easily. There are thread tips and ideas where to use the stitches inside, too. This little movie on Stephanie's website gives you a glimpse inside the book.
UPDATE: Homestead Needle Arts describes the book well in their current e-newsletter. The book covers more than 100 stitches, each with 3 color samples, suggested uses and there is a chapter with video tutorials acessed via a QR code. Hold your phone up to the code to see a short video of the stitch. Some diagrams are numbered, some are not. Teresa posted a photo of a stitch diagram as well, so you can get an idea of this book.
