Before I forget, I wanted to direct you to Kim Smith's (formerly Kimberly Crum Design) Etsy store so you can see the version of the laying tool case I'm stitching that she sold there. There are a great many photos which I'll find useful when I get ready to make this up into a laying tool and scissors case.

There's a gorgeous needle keep case on the site also. To see everything, currently for sale and older sold items, go here and browse.

Didn't she do a lovely job? I hope mine is half as nice!

Yours will be lovely, Jane. If I can do Leporello then you can do this. :-)

Hi Jane, I am so glad you're stitching the tool case. I checked out the one on Etsy and I have the same kit, including those neato triangular beads that go around the edge. I'll be watching yours for inspiration to break into my kit!
Thank you, Glenis. I appreciate the support.
