If you have ever thought about designing your own canvas, you will want to head over to Gay Ann Rogers' website and read her articles on her newest project, the Iron Wrought in Silk Sampler. Here is the first article in the series. GAR is very frank about the design problems she ran into while creating the sampler. The solutions she came up with are fascinating reading. I personally can't wait until she posts a technique column on how to fix ripped out stitches on congress cloth!
