Celebrating Barbara's Journey

I've been quite curious about Barbara Russell's book, Celebrating My Journey in Needlepoint after I saw mention of it on her website in late spring.

Janet Perry has obtained a copy and written a review for those of us who haven't had the chance to see it yet.  It sounds as if this is an interesting view of a personal stitching journey and that it documents needlepoint designs common in the 20th Century.  Janet says it isn't inspirational, but isn't that what Blog and the Internet in general are for?  LOL

Seriously, we should all think about a photo album of our stitching journey.

Jane, I have been having trouble posting on blog so this is a second attempt, sorry if it's a duplicate.
Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, I think it would be a treasured gift for our families to create such an album. I recall seeing where another blogger found a company that had her whole blog bound in a book. Very cool. Am enjoying looking catching up on your blog and seeing all your wonderful and informative posts! Love your new header too.

Thanks for the nice compliments! Yes, there are companies that will pint out your blog entires in a little book. Of course Blog is so huge that isn't an option for me but it would make a nice memory book for folks with fewer postings.

Welcome back to the Internet. I know it is hard to keep up when you are so busy.
