Message from a Friend

A friend posted this wonderful essay on coping with grief on her blog today.  She's a quilter --at least she was when I saw her often but who knows what antics retirees get up to in Florida?!-- but what she says is true for any art form, whether it is needlepoint, quilting, painting or any other creative endeavor.

I know from personal experience grief is best managed with needle in hand.
