Needle in a Haystack has added new colors for several threads to their fabulous online database of threads. They have added the newest colors for Entice, Capri, Silk Lame Braid, Soie d'Alger and Straw Silk.

Here is the link to their website thread database. Bookmark it because they have good color photos of most threads. Ordering from them is a slow business (they only ship one day a week and it can take a while to get threads in) but their customer service is excellent and their stock outstanding.

We must have had different experiences with Needle in a Haystack. They're my go-to online source for threads I can't find anywhere else because they ship fairly quickly in comparison to others, have more reasonable shipping prices, and as you said, have great customer service. They let me know right away if a thread I've ordered is out of stock and ask if I want them to ship what they have right away or hold it till the missing item is in. I love this shop!
I love it, too! I think I've been trained by the Internet to expect instantaneous service, though. Waiting three weeks for a thread tries my patience. That said, it is a FABULOUS shop!
They are my go-to source for fancy threads that I can't get locally. Yes, they can be slow, but not that slow and I love their reasonable shipping choices!
