The Needlework Retailer just announced two of Raymond Crawford's needlepoint designs are going to be available as cross stitch.

It will be interesting to see if this becomes a trend, although I think anyone who has seen what Pat Miller did with the needlepoint canvas version will find the XS version way too plain.

Of course not everyone likes embellishment….
What do you think? Are you buying the canvas and Pat's stitch guide or are you a cross stitcher?

Does that mean it is a Counted cross stitch pattern? I couldn't tell. If so, that opens up more possibilities for the Needlepointers as well!!
I don't know, Liz. Of course folks who like charted work will probably be able to translate Raymond's painted designs now, which is a good thing.
