Sharon Wollman of SM Wollman Designs just stitched the cutest fluffy bear ever.
She used a knitting yarn called Teddy which she couched into place. Shop around for Teddy as the shipping can cost as much as the skein of fuzzy stuff. (Check out the other fuzzy knitting yarns such as Fur Lux, Couture, and Curly featured at the bottom of this page.)
