She's getting rid of things she doesn't use, which is a good idea.

I have a tiny tool box with my favorite scissors and other small items and a small Stash N Store which was a gift from a friend.  I also have a needle case for the needles I am currently using.  In case you aren't familiar with the Stash N Store, this is what they look like.
