Stitching Summer Fireworks (Ann-Marie Anderson-Mayes)

Melita is stitching "Summer Fireworks," a free counted piece from Ann-Marie Anderson-Mayes of Beautiful Stitches.

Melita got some good tips on stitching order from other folks in her chapter stitching this.  If you are tempted, here is Ann-Marie's website with her free designs.  Note that there is a video to help you with "Summer Fireworks."

Ann-Marie is Free for Her Birthday

Ann-Marie of Beautiful Stitches in Australia is having a birthday! She's getting ready to open an Etsy store for her counted designs and to celebrate her birthday and give folks an idea of what her charts are like, she has a free pattern for you to download and enjoy.

Here is the direct link to the pattern.  It is in color with all the stitches you use diagrammed to make it easy. to follow along

The fascinating thing is that Ann-Marie includes what she calls a "colouring-in page" so you can try out color combos to create your own version of her design.  Great idea!

If her Etsy store opens before this goes live, I'll add the link here--
