Twisted Stitches Needlepoint in Albuquerque, New Mexico has a gadget I've not seen before--a holder for both coffee and orts that clamps to a table.  Very clever!

Exhibit Featuring Needlepoint Art by Willeta Billye Schley

Thanks to Janet Perry,  I learned about the exhibit of needlepoint done by Billye Schley.  You can see the video interview and get a look at some of her stitching here, and also listen to Dionne Warwick talk about needlepoint in her life.

Women's Work Exhibit: The Movie

Tarrytown, NY had an exhibit called "Women's Work" at Lyndhurst Mansion to showcase art from women.  The local CBS news affiliate has posted a video about the exhibit (now closed) features one of Martha Washington's shell pattern needlepoint chair cushions.
