Plays With Needles has been thinking about how her blog is really her desire to tell a story using her creative needlework as the medium.

Tricia has been talking about why she quit her job and started exploring threads and historic needlepoint full time.

These two articles sparked my New Year's resolution for 2012--I'm going to choose my projects more wisely. I want to pick pieces that teach me something so that I have something useful to share with you all on Blog.
What's your resolution?

As if you haven't been sharing useful things with us on your blog all along!! However if you think you're going to kick things up a notch, then I'm along for the ride. Let 2012 be the Year of the Stitcher!
You can choose your new projects how you like - but can you just finish Stars first, please????
Glenis
:-)
Oh, Glenis! I am SO sorry! I am fully booked in 2012 for models and stitch guides, so Stars isn't going to get much attention. I will finish it, I just am getting busier as a "professional stitcher" so things I am doing for myself to hone my stitching skills and for my own enjoyment are falling by the wayside.
By the way, Happy New Year to you, Glenis. Happy stitching for you and your mom.
