2012 is leap year, which means there is an extra day in February. Instead of the usual 28 days, every four years February has a 29th. Ridgewood has taken notice and is offering a huge selection of frog weight canvases for your stitching pleasure.

These canvases are traditionally filled with something heavy and used as a frame weight so you can stitch with both hands when on the move. They also make wonderful paperweights and have been seen perched on the back of a sofa during their non-working hours.
UPDATE: The frogs are going nuts at Ridgewood. Better buy one before it leaps again! LOL
