Something Truly Different

Thanks to Palma's posting the link on Facebook, I have something really different to show you from the world of jewelry-making. It's called SilverSilk knitted wire.  Palma used two pieces for a border on one of the Halloween-themed crackers from Melissa Shirley she is stitching.  It looks easy to couch into position, although the various types do vary in diameter and finish.  Clicking on each photo will show you the other colors available in that size and style.  Measure before you order!

Just saw this today. Have been away from blogs, e-mails (you have no idea how full my inbox is) for the past 2 weeks and catching up now. Glad you posted this, it is an amazing embelishment and, as you said, easy to couch. The cutest thing about it is that it has little beads inside the wire
