Thanks to Brenda, I know that the dates for the fourth Rehoboth Beach Historical Society Museum Needlework Exhibit are set for 2014. I can't find the exhibit entry form on the museum's website but perhaps I didn't look hard enough or perhaps they haven't posted the file yet. After all, the exhibit doesn't start until mid-March 2014!

I couldn't find the form either when I tried. I think it just hasn't been posted.
Makes me feel better to know you couldn't find it, either. It's probably a little early for the form to be up. I'm sure they don't want things to start arriving quite this early! Hope you get to go see it, SL. It's not that far away, not really.

It's not up yet on the museum's website. As soon as it's posted, I'll get the word out. It's a fun exhibit to catch when visiting the beach in Spring.
