Easy peasy. There are different flavors of these little gadgets, though. USB 2.0 is standard right now so they are usually called USB drives, but memory stick or flash drive are probably more accurate names. http://www.howcast.com/videos/383503-how-to-use-a-flash-drive-or-memory-stick/
