Jan at Thread Medley outlines how she uses Bento to track her projects. The database she uses is no longer available for Apple machines, but anyone who can create a spreadsheet or a tables document can copy her layout successfully. I think the way she keeps her current projects above the projects just maturing in her stash is exceptionally clever, too.
