The latest newsletter from Needlepoint for Fun talks about ways to avoid pain when you are stitching for long periods. It's got lots of practical advice and tools to help you stitch in a more ergonomic way.

I've added the link to the Blog section on "Ergonomics, Health and Yoga for Stitchers" that is in the right hand column, under the last of four photos there. Refer to it occasionally, won't you? Long stitching sessions overdo things and we need to know how to stitch contentedly, not painfully.
