The owner of Threads has just posted that she has decided to close the shop after learning the building where Threads is located has been sold and will be demolished shortly. So she is closing November 30, 2019.

However, stitchers in Charlottesville, VA can rejoice in learning that a new shop, Poppypointe, will open in December. Here is the new shop's website. It's not fully functional yet, but you can check out the new location's address.
