I use Brenda Hart's stitch books more than any other I own so I was THRILLED to hear she has a new book out. I'll do a review once I get my hands on a copy.
UPDATE: Bedecked and Beadazzled will have copies shortly. I understand The West in Tucson will, too.
UPDATE #2: Homestead Needle Arts has posted a short description and a photo of typical diagrams on their website and in their e-newsletter.
