Patricia Sone shows off a new shade of Planet Earth Fiber's Furr Fuzz Fun thread, and a canvas she will be using it on. I think it is perfect for the inside of ears, for noses, and probably for a baby's fuzzy outfit.

Patricia will teach this at Needlepoint This! in October, by the way.

Planet Earth Fiber has announced a new thread called Furr-Fuzz-Funn. This is a mix of kid mohair from baby goats and silk and it is playable plyable. (Sorry!) This is very different from the synthetic and wool fuzzy threads we have available now as it will probably have the sheen of silk and you can ply up or down to achieve the coverage you want for the stitch and canvas count of your choice.

Right now the colors are black, whites, gray and browns. I haven't seen this yet but if I manage to get my hands on some I'll report back.
